Invoice shows a different amount to my bank statement

Both. Prices are quoted in USD; the card is charged the naira equivalent until USD is enabled on the payment processor. The receipt shows both figures for that reason — the dollar price you agreed and the naira amount that hit the card.

If the two don't reconcile at the rate on the receipt, that's worth raising.
